Feelin’ Financy is a holistic financial consulting agency on a mission to bridge the gap between under represented founders. 

Ashley's background:

Ashley is a finance graduate from the University of San Francisco. Currently, she works at a financial technology startup in downtown San Francisco that provides affordable and accessible retirement plans for people in all lines of work. Prior to working at a finance startup, Ashley was an Associate at a large private wealth management firm working in the high-net-worth clientele space.

Why?

Despite extensive endeavors aimed at enhancing diversity within the venture capital (VC) industry, a notable gender disparity persists among both decision-makers in investment within VC firms and the beneficiaries of venture capital funding. Presently, in the United States, women constitute roughly 11% of investing partners within VC firms, and merely about 13% of venture capital funds are allocated to startups led by women.
